This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. The Platform is owned by OneDayParcel, registered at Zade Layout, Sindi Meghe, Wardha 442001.

Your Agreement

By using onedayparcel.com you agree to these Terms and enter into a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.

Key Rules
  1. Provide true, accurate and complete information during registration.
  2. Use the platform only for lawful purposes under Indian law.
  3. You agree to pay all charges for availing the Services.
  4. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action against you.
  5. Third-party links on the Platform are governed by their own policies.
  6. Platform contents are proprietary — no IP rights are transferred to you.
  7. By initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally enforceable contract.
Liability & Disputes

We do not guarantee accuracy of information. Your use is at your own risk. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India under Indian law.

🔒 Privacy Policy

This policy describes how OneDayParcel collects, uses, and protects your personal data. Your data is primarily stored and processed in India.

What We Collect
  • Name, date of birth, address, phone, email
  • Payment instrument info (with your consent)
  • Browsing behaviour and preferences on our Platform
  • Transaction data on Platform and partner platforms
How We Use It
  • To process your bookings and deliveries
  • To resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems
  • To send updates, offers, and personalise your experience
  • To detect and prevent fraud and illegal activity
Sharing

We may share data with logistics partners, payment processors, and affiliates to deliver our services, or with law enforcement if required by law.

Your Rights

You can access, rectify, or update your personal data through the Platform. You may request account deletion or withdraw consent by writing to us.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
  • Cancellations accepted only within 1 day of placing the order.
  • Cannot cancel if shipping has already started — reject at doorstep instead.
  • Perishable items (flowers, food) are not eligible for cancellation, but replacement/refund possible if quality is poor.
Damaged / Defective Items
  • Report damaged or defective items within 1 day of receipt.
  • If product differs from what was shown, report within 1 day of delivery.
  • Seller will verify and appropriate action will be taken.
Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days.

🔄 Return Policy

Returns/exchange accepted within 1 day from date of purchase. After this period, no return or refund will be entertained.

Eligibility
  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Item must have original packaging.
  • Sale items may not be eligible for return/exchange.
  • Items replaced only if found defective or damaged.
Process

Once your return is accepted and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, return or exchange will be processed per our policies.

🚚 Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders shipped within 3 days from order/payment date, or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation.

Delivery
  • Delivered to the address provided by buyer at time of purchase.
  • Confirmation sent to your registered email ID.
  • Platform Owner is not liable for courier/postal delays.
Shipping Charges

Any shipping cost levied by seller or Platform Owner is non-refundable.
